Hi there I was in the same position a few years ago you need to be completely honest and up front with everything don't leave nothing out about your criminal history.I was sentenced to 5 years served half and the rest on parole so it can be done just be honest.Good luck with your application I hope you get it .The name of the agent I used was M Rothstein & co layers and migration agents based in Perth he was well good with the application and very good with communications good luck again where there's a wii there's a way.

<p>Received the important email today we have our WA 176 state sponsored visa granted after a 3 year battle keep in there people it can be hard work sometimes and at points you may feel negative but keep up the positive attitude and you will prevail</p>
