Hi, I am hoping I can get some advice. I have been living in Australia since 2009. When we arrived I set up a business that manufactures mens business shirts, ties and accessories. We sell these via an online store. The business is going well and I would like to know if the business could sponsor my brother to come and work for it as a director. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

<p>Thanks for the congrats. We are going for a 175 as we are in no rush to go, only put house on market last saturday and we are not really bothered where we go as long as it isthe east coast. OH is going to apply for jobs all over and wherever he gets a job we will settle, so thats why we dont want state sponsorship, and we need to sell our house before we go, so no rush xx</p>

<p>Congratulations. Mine was approved in December. Can I ask why you are going straight to a 175 application as opposed to trying to get a State/Territory sponsorship first. I have been led to believe that 175 visa with a positive state sponsorhip are being processed before 175 CSL visa.</p>
