Not sure if this is the correct Forum for this.. but here goes. We're here at last.. on Parent Visas. Circumstances have made it take a while, but we're here now, with the family. What I'd like to ask is what do we need to do now? Being over 60's we need to get Seniors Cards, find a doctor. Is there anything else that we should be doing? Thanks Dolly

Some UK current accounts are offering 5%.. but you have to be a UK citizen. I was hoping to find one where you didn't have to be. We do plan to spread our savings too, but didn't want the current account not to earn anything.. Thanks

We're about to emigrate soon, and want to switch to a UK current account that pays interest, for our pensions to be paid into. We're struggling to find one that is open to non UK residents. Be grateful for any help please

Has anyone used Doree Bonner? This is minefield trying to chose a removal company.. I've seen and heard so many bad stories!

Hi We've had quotes from John Mason and Doree Bonner. They seem much of a muchness really, in everything, even price. Has anyone used either of these companies and had good or bad experiences with them. It seems to be a minefield out there!!

Thanks for this.. We were about to book an appointment with them, but something didn't feel quite right. We noticed they weren't members of the associations. We've got a quote from John Mason, and waiting for one from Bonner. John Mason seems pretty good at the moment. Anyone have anything to say about them, please?
