We've had some good times and met good and not so good people. It's been a laugh but is PIO fading away? I love this forum but can't help to notice it's decline. Maybe it's just the CTF section and I'm missing something. But are these type of message boards old fashioned? Will PIO last another year?

I've seen reports that seem to suggest most Palestinians want rid of Hamas but then when you see pictures of all the people out in the street doing that strange lalala thing and screaming Allah Akbar when the Israeli hostages were being taken through the streets... Who knows what to believe. Also the indoctrination by the UNRWA of the kids hardly helps.

I definitely use reddit but more as a Google type tool. Facebook is for nosey people and show offs I think PIO has a great community feel. We all disagree, but then people disagree in real life too. Twitter is the best for facilitating free speech. PIO has a good base and I would like to see it evolve - ditch the old bb software and modernise it's format.

I think you should have a "shingles party" liked they used to in the old days with the kids and chicken pox. you could invite all the oldies in the neighbourhood , make it a BYO, put some old val Donegan records. Just make sure you emphasise that its a "shingles party " and not a "singles party"

Where to start. I've cut down on booze. I wait until it's dark and limit myself to 2 glasses of red wine a day. I've stocked up on cranberry juice and I think just having a glass of something red has a psychological effect. I must have the best urinary tract in the UK. Deffo need to cut down sweets (lollies) trying to exchange for raw nuts. And I could easily cut down on food. I eat dinner even if not hungry. Maybe for the sake of sitting around the table with family I could have some crackers or something?

Anyway, on a lighter note... I noticed recently that I have the signs of early onset moobs and I also noticed that as my job is now nearly entirely desk based my posture is suffering. So I got a weight bench, weights and resistance bands and although the abs and pecs (once moobs)are coming on nice, my arms are getting big. It makes my shirts tight around my biceps and it's not what I want. So how to tone up pecs with bulking out?

Part of it is the tax burden. We had a pm who was about to embark on slashing taxes but the blob were having none of it. Take no notice of the ons and the other idiots with their predictions. Their purpose is to keep the rich rich and the workers in their place.

Please don't insult the victims of this conflict with such a simplified view. The territorial disputes go back 1000s of years and the reason it's not yet resolved is that one side wants the other wiped of the face of the planet. One side doesn't want a 2 state solution. I did wonder when the armchair experts would wade into this.
