    187 Visa Processing Time

Yes absolutely possible, if your Agent builds a strong case and submits the right documents, proofs, letters etc. the defend the case. Don’t be scared, focus your energy on the appeal and be positive.

Thanks for reply . Hoping for the best and I m scared to now . Is it possible they can approve my nomination at AAT without hearing .?
  5. Hi guys, I got my nomination approved today. I applied nomination on 20th feb 2018. And I applied my visa on June 2018 after the rules changed. I had over all 3.5 years experience at that time. But i just had 2 years experience post rpl qualification. Now case officer wants 3 years experience post qualification. As I know when I applied no where in immigration website mentioned work experience has to be post qualification. Till date I have 34 months of post qualification experience. From here I don’t no what to expect. Please I need help. What can I do?

300 - Prospective Marriage visa query

Hi Everyone, I applied for PMV 300 first stage in aug 2017. Asked for correspondence 2 times, most recently was in Oct 2018 including my medical, since then haven't heard anything. Waiting for more than 21 months, even the processing time is 13-21 months. Tried to contact them few times but they said it's a general query helpline and we can't help you with your timeline you have to wait. Now this wait really makes me crazy. Anyone have any suggestion?

Don’t stress at all, just appeal at the AAT. You have your MA and employer’s support. Build a strong case and you might even win based on papers, without appearing. With the recent elections more and more refusals are imminent, based on political reasons. You will be fine.

    The (all new) Brexit Thread

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-48347371 British Steel teetering on edge of administration as brexit makes sales difficult amid weakness of pound makes raw materials 15% more costly. Will Scunthorp even realise that they voted for this I'm sure the brexiteers will have an answer, will it address private companies not making it pay, will it address the sale of fundamental industries for £1 to vulture capitalists Can't wait to see it Shouldn't laugh but there is a certain poetry about it

    The (all new) Brexit Thread

No, you simply don't understand at all, do you. We have served notice that we are leaving and agreed a leaving date, but because we, the UK, have not been able to agree to the deal under which we would leave, because of our own incompetence the EU have extended that leaving date till the 31st October in order for the UK parliament to accept the deal agreed by the EU and British negotiating teams. If we reach the 31st of October without accepting that deal then our membership of the EU will cease, ( unless they extend the leaving date again, now highly unlikely). Without any future trading relationships established, we will be forced to rely on WTO trading rules until we can arrange an FTA with the EU and other countries as we only have FTA's with other countries via our membership of the EU. Now, is that clear enough. We can off course call the whole thing off and beg the EU to allow us to remain as members, which they might do but our card would be marked and lots of our get out clauses would disappear over the next 5 years, especially as the dumb f**ks of the Brexit party are going to be our MEP's

I was under the impression you had to meet the requirements at the time of application. But I don’t know that for certain. Given no one else seems to know why don’t you post your query on the main visa chat page and perhaps one of the MAs who post regularly on here might see it and reply?

Hi tosh14, yes it is 3 years work experience but I thought it’s overall 3 years experience not post qualification. I just calculated and now I have 34 months of post qualification experience. Does this work or it has to be 3 years when I applied?

    Nursing registration and work visa

For the 189 you don’t need a job before applying for a visa , just a positive skills assessment, for state sponsorship you will need to check what the requirements are for each state re having a job , some may require it , also for 190 some states like Victoria require at least registration in principal with AHPRA before you apply for 190 most employers now will require your visa to be granted before you are considered for employment, there isn’t a shortage of nurses in Australia, and most employers will only consider applicants who have the right to work in Australia already

    187 Visa Processing Time

Only immigration can advise you on it. I suppose because if they count from nomination date then you are fine and you will get the visa. In case they count from your visa application date then u might get a refusal as rules changed in March and it clearly mentioned 3 year experience in nominated occupation.

They should have shown the FA cup match instead of that eurovision rubbish on SBS. No one cares who wins, it is all political anyway.
