hay becky great news on the case officer, The team we had in Adelade where super fast 2 days max to reply to anything, i sent police check on friday and had the visa on the monday, i was sure the Case officers would be useless but they where really fast, you are almost there, keep at it

It will say 'in progress' and then change to finished once you have been granted the visa . Good luck won't be long now

You could not have timed that post better as I wanted to ask about a shipping. I'm already In oz. Can In arrange my stuff to be sent from home? What company did you use and was/is it expensive ? ? Cheers

Any time now mate just you wait and see. . When I was asked for info I uploaded it and copied it as an attachment to the email I sent back to the case officer. Try that it can't hurt. If all they have asked for is the PCC your in just got to get them to look at it . Good luck

if you have an agent then they wont put you forward if you are going to fail, are you going for direct grant, you applied one day after me so yours will be here soon, i feel for you as i was the same but it will come don't worry, i was sure mine would not and then it did, bear in mind i am on shore so may be processing a tad quicker. hang on in there

perth is the place to be guys, we are here and have been for a while, we had a Working Holiday Visa, went home, had a second year and as soon as we where here applied for PR. Perth is Beautiful you will love it have you been before? we fell in love with the place as soon as we got here. Congrats to all and hold on folks, you will be accepted soon, just hang on in there, we were sure it would never end but it did and we have the visa, not sure what to do now as have focused on this visa for so long feel a bit lost, but my input to you all, don't overlook Perth and shoot to the east coast, Perth is really a lovely city and WA will blow your mind, i have a pool, and i am an average joe and i can afford a house with a pool.... :wacko: crazy or what

I doubt very much that you have done anything wrong i was sure i had stuffed up right up until the grant, did you use an agent or yourself? even if you have done something wrong (which you haven't) they will contact you via email. best of luck

hello mate they email you, you get an email from xxxxxx@immi.gov.au mine was Adelaide team 4 they contact on the email that you have registered to your account and they are fast, alot faster than i expected, case officer to grant was 10 days and that delay was the Police check not them if you are front loaded great, if not and you get a request for your medicals i am told you are in, as there is no way they will look at your papers then request medicals to then fail you, any more questions about our process please ask folks, i know it has been posted before but : tracker: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkrdCphtU8u-dGJQSWROUlZ0bThIaUF2VW9zdUZmMlE&usp=sharing#gid=84

Hello Folks sorry for delay Our Visa Just got granted 1 hour ago, i cant believe it and i did all the paperwork myself no agent at all, so time line Skills assessment and IELTS all done in the UK now on shore as in a Working holiday visa EOI: 23/08/2014 , Invitation: 01/09/2014 , Application submitted: 07/09/2010 everything except medicals, Case Officer assigned: 07/11/2014 (requested medicals and Ozzy Police check) ironically we had our medicals booked for the 07/11/2014 lol, Application for Ozzy Police Check: 07/11/2014, Police Check returned: 14/11/2014, Police check Uploaded to immi: 14/:11/2014. VISA GRANT: 17/11/2014 if we can help any one please let me know, NO FORM 80 requested. good luck folks Adam and Sarah on shore forreeeevvveeerrrrr lol but also use the tracker on here it was spot on for the lady before me and was spot on for us, 8 weeks to the day they responded to my application and the last few finishing touches where very quick also. so happy days

hello folks i have just been assigned a case officer and have been asked to provide medicals (doing today)and PCC for Australia as well as the UK just a note for people, if you have spent more than 12 months in a country in the last 10 years you need a police check for that country, hence why i need to provide an ozzy one as i am on shore and was here for 12 months in 2012, was not aware but now you all are so don't let this delay your application if you need to do it cheers adam and sarah
