That is true and everyone keeps telling me not to wish my time away. Gotta make the most of being at home and with family! I'm heading to Melbourne to! My bf moved there 5yrs ago and I lived there for a year in 2012. We have a house in the Western suburbs so looking forward to getting back to our life there!

Hi there, I was wondering if there were any other June applicants on here, or any who may have heard anything? Just hit 8 months on Monday but by the looks of things it'll be another month. But the waiting is driving me mad!! I'm already refreshing the inbox over and over again!

Thanks @LaurenCatriona, that's really helpful. My boyfriend lives in Melbourne so wasn't sure if they would need to post it back to him! I am booking my medical at the end of the month in London, I wish they offered free appointments! Haha. My case officers initials at WP. I'm hoping that if we were assigned a case officer that quick then maybe things might move a bit quicker, probably not though!! Thanks for the info on the Police certificates. I cant get them until after the 16th of sept but it's really good to know that its pretty straightforward xx

Hi! I'm new to this forum but it has been really helpful whilst I was compiling my application so thanks! My subclass 309 application was received at Australia house on 16/06/2014 and I was assigned my CO today (10/07/2014), 3 weeks and 3 days after receiving! I have to wait until after September to do police/medical checks - I have to do a Australian police check as I lived there for a year, but I was wondering if anybody had any idea if they will send the certificate back to me in England, or if I have to give them an Australian address? It's probably a silly question, just don't want to make any mistakes!! Also, does anyone know how long it takes for a medial check appointment for the hospitals in London? Is it fairly easy to get one? Thanks
