Hi Charlotte,

Congrats on your case officer, Can i ask is it you or your hubby thats got the 175 visa and what r u going to work as. You should go into the chat room, its great everybody is really nice and i m sure you ll meet people who r going to the gold coast. There s quite a few people going to brissie.

We're also going to Gold Coast, probably Pacific Pines but we'll have to see. We've just got our CO too!hope to be there by Jan 09. Can't wait.

Well this is Marie and Seans Daughter, i forgot to put my age i am 13. We are going on a 175 and my dad is a painter and decorater. =)

We also have just got a case officer a couple of weeks ago and are heading for Jimboomba about 45 mins from the Goldcoast, hope to be there before Christmas if our case officer issues our visa on receipt of meds.

Wellington Point/Alexandra Hills that are just North of the GC. Hopeful of visa's by Feb/Mar 09 and we will be on our way come Easter.

We have never been to Oz before, so won't really know until we go, but think I have narrowed it down to Pacific Pines or Jimboomba.
My number one choice would be Manly/Wynnum, but I don't think we can afford to live there anymore, thanks to the slump in house prices here!
