Help! i need advice!

Hi ,
My name is Natalie and my dad has got a job in Brisbane,
I have never been to Australia in my life and will be glad to accept help from people who are the same age as me(12yrs)and are already their and people who are in the same situation as me!
i will hopefully be their by the end of the year so please reply!
1st how easy is it to make friends and are they nice?
2nd how did u guys cope or are coping with out ur bff's?
i would relii lyk 2 know!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are hoping to be in Aus by the end of the year aswell.

We went around Brisbane on holiday and it is lovely there.

There is loads to do and the beaches are amazing.

Hi Natalie,

My daughter was 11 when we moved, initially she was a bit wary but by the time the move came around she was excited. We knew which school she was coming to before we arrived and we had been in contact with the principle who sorted out a pen pal for her before she arrived (someone who would be in her class). This was great because she was introduced to other classmates via msn and felt as if she knew some people on her first day which was great. She quickly made a group of friends and said that there are always people arriving so you're never the new girl or boy for long.

If your mum and dad know which school you'll be going to, perhaps this is something they could organise for you.
