I've told my parents

Hiya everyone,

Just to let you all know, i've finally told my parents about everything going on between Nathan and his family, about immigrating over to Australia next year, and they took it fine.
Of course i have now understood that i have no way possible of moving over with them until i am old enough to get my own visa (18), which is a downer but i'll be okay. My parents have understood everything and have told me that its up to me what i want to do when i turn 18, whether thats to move over and join them, or stay in the UK. They said its my life and i can live it how i want!

Love Hannah x x

Oh Hannah - i think you have been totally adult about all of this and so your parents have reacted the same. They obviously want the best for you and want you to be happy. They will be there when he goes now too, for the good and bad days. Sounsds like you have cool parents! Good Luck !

Ive not read your other posts but what i can gather from this ive been in a similar situation. Im nearly 19 and Me and my parents have now got our Australian visa's and planning on moving to perth soon however ive been with my boyfriend over a year and it was a tough decision deciding wether to leave or to stay in the uk with him (meaning my family being miles away) Although now hes decided to apply for a working holiday visa and wants to come with us :D im soo happy and hopefully things will all work out. I hope you make teh right decision :D x x x

Aww i'm so happy for you hun, that story sounds exactly like my boyfriend's brother, his girlfriend's family we're moving over and he decided to go with them.
The good news is that me and my boyfriend are hopefully in August going over to Brisbane for a few weeks just to check what everything is like over there but luckily for me his mum (Gwen) has been saying that she's waiting for Pathway D to come back and see what's happening there, so with a bit of luck it might take a bit longer, which means less time for me to wait! :)
Love Hannah and take care x
