I'm not a teenager but I do have teenage kids.
We have been here nr Sydney for 8 weeks now and have a 16yr old daughter and a 12yr old son.
They were both sad to leave their friends behind but have both made loads of new ones.
They really like school, the kids there are really friendly although they do take the mickey out of their accents but only in fun.
My daughter has been out every weekend at someones party or over at someones house, she also goes dancing (ballet, tap etc) and there are loads of dance schools around.
My son has joined the local swim squad, has surf lessons every weekend, goes to the gym, plays basketball every lunchtime and is allowed to go to school on his skateboard!
They have both settled really well and I'm very pleased with them for giving it a go.
