Hi, my name is Lauren & I'm 13. I might be moving to Oz in 2008. I might be moving to Pacific Pines, Gold Coast in Queensland. I like playing guitar, skatebording, martial arts & going on my bike. I'd like to talk to anyone around my age, boy or girl, who is in Oz or might be going there too. It would be good to hear about school in Oz, and what kind of stuff you do in your spare time. I'm in 2nd year at academy here. I like music & PE, but I don't like Spanish & maths. I've heard that you can learn Japaneese in school there. Is it true, and is it easy to learn? I think it would be cool to learn!

I might be moving to austraila in the summer.i will be going with my brother max 2,mumand baz.
I like to horseride,swim,dance,netball,cylcye,talk,drama.I hate spiders and maths. I love chocolate. You do learn japanse and i think it is quite easy. Were going to redland bay which is quite close to the gold coast.

Has anyone been to Oz before? I've been to Brisbane & the Gold Coast & the weather is great! It was was good for going swimming in. Where I was there was lots to do like wildlife parks, swimming, theme parks, & surfing! I think it will be good to do more stuff like that when I live there (hopefully live there!) Does anyone know what school they're going to in oz yet? Hopefully the uniforms not lame! Heather, my Mum was looking at Redland Bay to live too. It would be funny if we went to the same school!

have you looked at any school's in redland bay.
have you been to the koala park its in redland bay some where.(i think)koala's are sooo cute!

We haven't looked at schools yet, so don't know. Didn't go to Wet n' Wild. I went to White Water World next to Dreamworld. It was cool. If you go there go in the green room, it was ace. The rides in Dreamworld were cool, go on the Claw! Mum says we'll get annual passes for the theme parks when we live there so we can go lots! I went to Australia Zoo and Currumbin Wildlife sanctury, that was where the photo was taken of us with the koala. All the animals were cute especially the kangaroos! I got to hold a snake and a croc there too.

What part of Brisbane are you at? Hopefuly i will be at the gold coast!What are the schools like? Did you make friends easily? Is school totaly diferent from the UK? What part of the UK did you come from?
