University

Hello there,

No problem getting into university if that is what is needed. But remember in Oz there are various alternative pathways to professional and vocational career outcomes much more practical and economic compared with university.

Any questions just ask we are free :)

Cheers,

Thankyou :) At the moment i am studying for my GCSE's and i am predicted very high grades, and am then progressing to study English, Chemistry. French and History at A-Level. I hope to go to an australian university and study law, do you know anything about this route or anything about these type of university courses in general?

My family were due to arrive Winterish 08 which would mean id have finished A-Levels in Summer 08 which would have tied in with going to University, but things may have changed and we may be coming Winter 07, if this is the case, it wouldnt be worth me starting A-Levels here so do you know what options i would have in these circumstances?

Thankyou for taking the time to reply and any help would be greatly received :D

Holly

KittyD is on a distinguished road
hiya,
I'm moving to perth as well, hopefully in summer/autumn 08.
I'll probably be going to uni out there, so i've researched some uni's, if you've done A-levels they'll let you onto most courses, though they'll want high grades for law, if you want to know more try the UWA site, or google uni's in perth, there's not much choice as there's only 5, but i think at least 2 of them are in the Aus top 5.
If you haven't done your A-levels it might be worth dropping down a year and going to high school in Aus to do TEE's, my sis (Jess,15) will probably be doing that, she's in year 10 and so wont have a chance to do A-levels before the move.
Hope the info helps.
