Visa Granted
Well were on our way, and will be in sunny Perth the middle of October this year.
We also know where Darren will be stationed which is Cannington, so if anyone has any info on this and surrounding area, would be gratefully received. Also thinking of Bull Creek / Leeming area as its a bit nearer the coast but what is the travel time between there and Cannington? Looks quite close on the map but I know maps can be very deceiving!! What me being a girlie and all that!!

Lots to do now as only got our visa confirmed yesterday and Darren has a start date of 12th November and were all very excited.

PS I thought I posted yesterday but can't find it I'm just too excited xxxx

Thanks so much for your replies we cant believe the speed in which it was all done here is the process to becoming a police officer in WA

Job confirmed in December 2007

Visa completed and sent to DIAC 17th June 2008
Visa arrived at DIAC Perth 20th June 2008
Visa Granted on 18th July 2008

we cant believe our luck lets hope the rest of you have as much luck as we have and you get there
Once again thanks for you continued support we will keep updating and let you know of any pitfalls on the way
