Has anyone got a CO or a visa?? i am october paperbased, fed up of waiting!! where are all the visa grants ??

Hi, I was wondering how many of you out there are paper based?
I am a February paper based and wishing I had known at the time what a mistake I could be making! My only hope is that if alot of people applied online the paper based applications will suddenly start to speed up as their numbers drop!! Well its worth the hope!!!!

I hope you donot have to wait as long as we have, it will be 9 months this month, fed up with the whole process, we didnt relise that we could of submitted an online application really wish we had, its a very long time to keep your life on hold. hopefully with the new processing centre opening in Brisbane, it will speed things up fingers xxxx all the best

hopefully wont be too long for you now. we applied in august 2007 and were finally granted visa on the 1st july. (nearly 11 months - paper based 136 visa) our migration agent did confirm that the allocation had run out and that things should be moving a lot quicker since july 1st.

Have you an Agent?? or did u dIY? thats a blimin long time, our diy application was received Oct 24 07.
If you have an agent i would be on there backs!!
if you diy i would be calling Adelaid.

Hi, yes we using a agent & believe me been on to them constant but she just keeps emailing the diac who reply " application with co for further processing"
have phoned adelaide got cut off was in queue to long
phoned london spoke to nice lady who told us our meds etc had been paased nothing else being asked for so unfortunatley in a pile waiting
what more can i do ??????

believe me very stressed actually think i'm beyond stress now!!!

you are almost there, if you got a case officer you wll be fine. did you sign an Australian values statement?? you just have to wait a little longer.

hi all
surely there must be some sort of way of complaining or is it a case you aplication gets put to the bottom of the pile ,has anyone complained??. i am a april application so a long way behind (why oh why did my agent use paper)
.an april online was processed last week and some febuary,surely they are going to decide to catch the paper based ones up one day or its just going to get longer and longer. its totally unfair and bloody horrible seing applications being processed in april now
has xray babe says im living on hope that as less people apply online it will speed up.

please speed things up pleeeeeease
