A colleague lives there and has settled in well, the only thing for her is that she has a 45 min drive each day to work (non rush hour) and is finding this a bit difficult (she works in Armadale).

We have been looking here (as well as other places nearby) and it looks nice.

What is the nicer/difference in areas -

Kennedy Park, St Clair or St Michael Estates
Endeavour or PK primary
Comet Bay or Warnbro HS

AND is it full of Brits like people say.

Hi Mandy! Whereabouts in Fife are you from?? (Im from Dunfermline) we live on St Clair estate & happy here, St Michel is also nice. Can`t really say about the primary schools (though friends son goes to Rockingham Lakes which is over the other side of Warnbro Sound Ave & is very happy wth it. My daughter goes to Warnbro High & it doesn`t have the best rep (depends on who you talk to) but we are happy with it & daughter has settled in well . My other friend has kids at Comet Bay & it`s a brand new school, again no probs.

Hi
We have a 9 year old in Endeavour Primary school & we are really pleased with how the school is run. Our lad aged 13 is at Comet Bay in S. Harbour and although its took him longer to settle he's getting on well now. We've been here for 4 months tomorrow by the way!

Yep, it is FULL of Brits-it is more like, spot the Aussie ! There are some rough spots in PK, but generally it is close to the beach and still a 'reasonable' price. Very lego-land like estates though but good access to facilities in Rockingham or Mandurah.
