Hi everyone,
We are the Marshall family from Scotland and are thinking of making our way over to OZ. My husband has been offered the chance to work for a company who are based in Welshpool. We have two kids aged 3 and 4. We don't know where to start when it comes to looking for a nice area to live in, that has affordable homes, shops, travel facilities, good schools and nurseries and isn’t to far from Perth or Welshpool. Our main concern is that we find a good area for our kids to grow up in and offers good education, plenty to keep the kids entertained e.g. dance classes for our wee girl or maybe some football for our wee boy.
Any information on areas that might match our criteria would be very much appreciated and the average house prices for a 3/4-bed home with a garden.
