Thumbs up Can Anyone help?

In 1968 My parents lived in Perth. They Managed a Hotel Called "the terminal motor lodge" For a year then they were the first managers for a new Hotel in Perth Called "Koala Park Towers". This hotel was on a main street in perth centre, and was at the time unique as it was the first hotel in Australia to have a swimming pool on the roof. I am trying to find either any information about either of these hotels or there websites. Both hotels seem to not excist anymore acording to google aus.
Any help or information would be greatfuly received.
Also in 1979 My Mother managed a restraunt in Subiaco Called Felix's. I remember it had a dinning area outside in a courtyard with a fabric cover as a roof. This restraunt wasnt licensed to sell wine so people used to buy there wine from a shop across the road and bring it in to the restraunt.
I remember the colour scheme at the time was brown, everybloodything was brown, walls floor,tables..............everything, brown.
Just on the off chance, if any one has any memories, stories or (P L E A S E G O D)
Pictures, I would be very greatfull.
Around the same time as the hotels (1968) My father and i were invited on the first journey of a perth to sydney train journey. I remember we slept on the train for a few nights, (CANT REMEMBER THE EXACT AMOUNT). and we were presented with a comemrative coin as recognition of the first journey. Does anyone know the name of the train, or rail journey.

At the time i was 6 years old. Both of my parents are now passed away, but they left a legacy ......................................were are starting the visa process and moving to Australia.
And can you believe it, 10 years ago i married an ausy girl.
Neither of us can wait to get home to Australia.

If anyone has any information about any of the above Please let me know. There do not seem to be any pictures of my childhood in aus.

God bless y'all
