Heavens above!! but that is a tough situation! you are going to have to plan your "talk" with him very carefully. Maybe start out with how tough it is to make ends meet and how your son deserves a better life than you can provide, (remember this man DOES have a good side, the one you fell for!!) you may therefore need to ask him for more maintenance etc ....... do this for a while THEN say you have been thinking ........ and drop Oz into the conversation!! it might work ... if not there are the Courts, but if you could arrange something amicably that would be better wouldnt it?
