Quinns Rocks

Has anyone got any information on the suburb Quinns Rocks. Seems very cheap to rent and buy there at the moment just wondered why. We've got a 16 year old and 9 year old kids.

I have friends who have lived in quinns for 9 years now and may move there myself. Its a really nice area good beach etc. According to my mate the rent and prices have gone down a little because of the new Brighton est that is currently being built not far away. On the whole all the estates around there are nice, clean and safe.

As with anywhere else there are good parts and bad parts about Quinns Rocks. Quite a furore a few years ago up there when the infamous Mrs Martin and entourage moved into a homeswest house in Quinns Rocks.

On the whole Quinns isn't such a bad spot, close to the beach and pretty much everything you are likely to need is nearby at Mindarie or Joondalup.
