I think there may be a tightening in the amount of rentals about, it may also depend on your budget and where you want to stay. We had friends staying with us on arrival from UK, they were looking in Fremantle and there wasn`t much there for under $400 a week. They got lucky, as one agent took a shine to them and they did find somewhere for $370 (a 2 bed townhouse) - they also have a cat by the way. The one thing I will say is don`t dither, if you find somewhere you like put in for it (we lost out on a house when we first arrived last year in this way).

Short Term Rental for Xmas and New Year is anyone interested in a short term rental of our family home in Kinross. from 13th Dec - 7th Jan 09. We off to UK for our first trip back in 5 years. Its a new 4 x 2 with swimming pool and Bali style outdoor entertaining area.
