Best area to live if you have a boat??

Hi I know perth has loads of boat clubs etc. Which is probably why its so hard to work out, my OH is very keen to buy a boat as soon as we move to perth, We where wonderin if there are any areas that would be better to live if we want to be able to sail regularly. Would be greatfull if anyone has any ideas.x

I'm doing the same thing. I'm trying to work out which Sailing Club would suit me and therefore whether to live NOR or SOR.
Most of the clubs are based around the Swan River. This website provides links for all the clubs...

Perth Sailing Club Perth

Also keep an eye on my thread...
