Wish we were, last year when we started our application, June was the month when we planned to go. Unfortunatly we havent our visa yet and our house hasnt sold so at this rate it might be next June but Goodluck anyway..

We flying to Perth on June the 12th from Gatwick with Emirates. We have a housesit in Rockingham for the first 6 weeks but will be looking to rent in the northeast suburbs as I, Jude, have a job in Midland which is north of Perth airport.

wow jude..rockingham is where we want to go. We havnt got accomodation yet, was goingn to get holiday accom first then rent over ther... but if you know better... free free to enlighten me...lol...

If all goes well we 're thinking of flying out to perth on or around the 14th june !!!! 6 weeks today.........................

Just hope we sell the house but we're going whether we have or not

i think ours is sold.. find out this week for diffinately..but we booked our tickets 2 month ago...do or die now...lol

You could try House Sitters & Sitting from Housecarers . and find a housesit for a few weeks or few months - that way you get to see what it like to live in a particular area without having to commit for too long or pay rent etc.
