Hayfever

Does anyone who suffered from hayfever in the UK (grass pollen allergy) still suffer after moving to Perth?

Many thanks

Would be very interested in this.... and for Gold Coast area, as we will be there very soon, and I have suffered ridiculously over the past 5 years.

Thanks everyone!

Hubby suffered from hay fever in the uk but not in Oz although we are in NSW (woudnt think that makes a difference - not sure what they have over there in Perth that could trigger hay fever off)

I suffer with itchy eyes and never did in the UK, it's not the grass with me, it's the flowering shrubs!!

My Brother in law got Asthma pretty much as soon as they arrived, so you really don't know how it's going to affect you till you get here.

Sorry I can't be more positive.

I have lived in the Gold Coast for over 1 year now & have always suffered from hayfever it was especially bad in New Zealand. I have only really had one serious attack beginning of winter as the season changed and their seemed to be more pollen on trees etc it was also very windy at that time. Hope this helps.

Smile hayfever remedy !!!

yup i can honestly say my hayfever has gone..... i've had it really bad this year....some days finishing work and going home to hide under the duvet... seriously itchy eyes, sneezing fits, sore throat and very irritable !!

but 2 weeks ago had accupuncture (and no, it didn't hurt) and have been taking vitamin b supplement to calm the nervous system down

still have the odd sneeze but absolutely nothing compared to before !!!

i can thoroughly recommend both the accupuncture and taking vit b
