Perth has a huge drug problem as I witness working in a bar a few nights a week....If you have good security on windows and doors you should be OK as these are opportunist people who are looking for quick money for their drug problem and not seasoned theives.

Anly is on a distinguished road
the offending suburb is Hilton which never the less has nice streets trees and gardens and interestingly designed in fill and lots of nice residents into permaculture and organics and the second Fremanlte state housing cooperative venture with very nice community minded tenants just also has a lot of state housing within it
not sure where to live myself yet I like Claremont but it is old money right wing in flavour Nedlands has the uni and all that that entails including prices and is also old money Shenton Park has the most solar panel houses in the metro area which gives an idea of the demographic........ I am very fussy where I live long term as I am older and on my own and want to live in a super nice area which I cannot afford..................
