I have my own real estate agency in Carramar; we opened it 2 years ago last Saturday and so far so good. I have been in real estate for the last 11 years. Plumbing was very good to me and scored me some fantastic postings overseas; but I was getting a bit too old for climbing on roofs and crawling under floors........... so I got out of the plumbing game and have no regrets.

Rentals in Carramar tend to vary in price from round the $380 mark to as high as $460 per week unfurnished. Edgewater is a much older suburbs and rentals there can be had for as little as round about $320 per week but that wouldn't be anything flash.

Expect rentals to rise dramatically in the near future is the message the media is putting out, simply because it is a case of supply and demand and rental properties are becoming more and more scarce.

Check out realestate.com.au and click on rentals and that should give you an in depth look at what is currently available in your chosen suburb.

Good luck

House available Carramar

MY neice has just started building a new house in Carramar and now looks to be going to Sydney for work so she will be puting it up for sale. If you are looking to purchase in the area she will be looking for around $430,000. She has already booked timber floors, carpets, blinds and airconditioning, so it will be finished ready to move into.
