I would think regardless of nationality a higher population brings with it higher crime rates etc I dont see it would be any different regardless of nationality. The roads get busier there is more litter & a % of the population who arent as honest as they might be it is all inevitable with growth. Generally though I am sure most people who move here are looking for a better lifestyle for their family & that is what you will find.
As to "hoons" in the past week I have witnessed two dreadful pieces of driving on checking out the drivers I found them both to be middle aged men driving imported high performance vehicles. Maybe the teens are taking their lessons from their fathers?
WA is a massive place with lots of space, sun & wonderful beaches lets try to keep it clean & crime free
The figures for people leaving the Uk last year where about a thousand a day with the majority of British born people going to Oz,this year so far it has slowed down,maybe the Aussies are making it hareder to get in.Glad to see all the all the sad middle aged boy racers(sales managers)are heading to WA,LOL

The top destinations for british emmigration were France, Spain, Canada & Australia, the majority weren't going to Australia (50%+) but it's safe to safe at least 20% were.
Australia is effectively targeting the British for migration into Oz because they're changing the emphasis to a bias towards English speaking people.
I just hope they don't open the floodgates and spoil such a wonderful country.
