Question Help Western Australia

Hi all,
Just wanted to ask about Perth and area's round. We have looked at Queensland and would like to look at area's round Perth. We are wanting to rent for the first couple of years and would like some land to keep horses on. But dont want to be miles away from the beach or Perth as that is where my son is.Something like being in the country in UK. I would be so grateful for any help on places. x x x x x x

Hi

If you look at the Mandurah area to the south of Perth you will find there are plenty of areas around Mandurah close to the beach & about 10-30 minutes drive of Mandurah where you would buy a 5 or 10 acre horse property for a reasonable price.

Look at the real estate web sites & areas such as Stake Hill, Barragup, North Dandalup, Pinjarra, Dawesville, North Yunderup, Parklands, all have bigger properties for sale.

The train runs to the city from Mandurah so you would have no problems visiting the city.

Plenty of horses around where we live in Carramar, heaps more too around the back of Wanneroo, Carrabooda, Neerabup, Mariginiup, and out by Gnangara way. Plenty of adgistment available out the back of Neaves Road on the way to Bullsbrook.

All the areas mentioned would be at most 20 minutes away from the ocean.
