I have heard that from a couple of people now....That could be a lifeline, because at this rate I am going to have to drop the price of mine again soon....Visa came through last week and the sponsored job wont stay there forever!!!
If the prices are coming down over there it might even out the drop here I hope

Have they come down much and are they still heading that way??
Thanks
Pat

Actually the nudist beach although classed as Warnbro beach is actually at Port Kennedy, it`s no problem as it`s signposted (we just keep up the other side of the beach ). I`d rather watch the dolphins than flabby old men in the nuddy!!

Hi

Secret Harbour is a nice place it is South of Rockingham (about 10km to Rockingham City centre shops). I think the suburb was only opened up around 10-12 years ago but has grown rapidally in the past 2-5 years, there are a lot of new houses & a new shopping centre (small with a supermarket then maybe about 10-15 smaller shops). There are two Junior Schools & a new High School Quite a lot of my clients have moved there & seem to love the place I have only heard good reports about the schools.

There is a surf beach & surf club which suits the teenagers but it can get quite busy (by Australian standards) However Secret Harbour is only a few minutes drive from other safe more sheltered beaches for the smaller kids.

There is no harbour at Secret Harbour but there are plans to build a lovely jetty shops etc down there. To drive to Secret Harbour you need to drive South from Perth down the Kwinana freway once you leave the freway head for Mandurah & Secret Harbour is signposted from the Mandurah Road. It is about 50 minutes drive from Perth CBD the nearest train station would be Mandurah or Warnbro but then you would need to get a bus.

The local community seem to arrange lots of social type gatherings & have a free news letter here is the link
