Perth Expedition

Hi one and all!
We have now submitted our online application on 18th December and our medicals are booked for 25th January. Wevew been truying to find our how long online applications are taking but no one seems to know so any indications would be great please!

In the meantime, Rob (oh)is planning a 2 to 3 week visit to Perth and surrounding are to "check things out"! Does anyone have any suggestions of what he should look into whilst he is there? We have no idea where we are planning to live and thought that a drive around some areas that we have heard of would be a good start. He also would like to see if he could make some initial work contacts (he is a carpenter, currently running his own construction company) as a face to put to a cv might be helpful. We also need to look at schooling for our 4 children but again this requires knowing where to start looking! Any suggestions here would also be welcome.
