Red Bull Air Show...

...Did anyone go to the Red Bull Air Show last year or are you going this year? It was advertised on telly yesterday..last round i think?..looks like it would be excellent to see, even if you don't like aircraft and stuff..we were meant to be in Perth by now, but had to delay till next year so unfortunately will miss it..

We had gone last year to see the air show and it was realy good, we had gone to the north shore to veiw it and stood right next to where the small planes took off from, so it was pretty exciting stuff, i think my oldest is going this weekend to see it again.
Its a shame that you wont make it to see the Air show but good luck to you and i hope you dont have any more delays

I saw it last year, we went to the C restaurant in Perth which is a revolving restaurant on I think the 30th floor-it was great. Champagne and finger food and a great view over the river- I think they do it every year.

we r going to try and go to show 1st time as only been here 3 mths. anyone know the best place to stand got 3 kids in tow so cant do the restaurant and do you need tickets?

You only need tickets for the grandstand $50 for the first day and $90 for the second day which is the finals. We want to go but like you have two children and wondered where the best place to go would be - would they actually see anything and would they get bored??

Hi there. We are going next weekend. The qualifying rounds are on Saturday and the final is on Sunday. If you go on to the website they will advise you the best places to stand and pictures from last year etc. Red Bull Air Race 2007
