21 yo moving to Perth

Hi
I am a 21 yo student nurse moving to Oz when I qualify. I have am starting a graduate nurse job at Royal Perth Hospital starting in July 2008. I just wondered where the best place to live is? In the city or the suburbs?

Hi and welcome, suburbs for us but then we're in our early 40's and have two children so don't need to be near the night life!!

There are a couple of nurses asking about jobs - your experience of getting on the graduate programme would be really helpful for them - look on the jobs threads.

try Subiaco, you could walk to the Royal Perth... or if you want to be near the beach, Cottesloe and Swanbourne, and they're not far and on the train line from memory.
Good luck .... don't even consider the suburbs for at least twenty years!
