Hi, we were assigned a CO in May - have submitted medicals and police checks etc. and are still waiting - apparently visas are incredibly slow at the moment which is just our luck!!! Waiting is driving us MAD!!! Good luck anyway

My 136 visa took 7 months from sending application to getting the visa granted (this was last year)

I'm not sure, I don't know how many points we had to be honest, but although the job was maximum, I was 40 so would have got a few less points for that

Hi, If you have a job in demand eg; plumber or spark this would get you through quickly, i know of someone applied in April and as had everything passed and has just sent their medicals off. for myself i started last Sept but to be fair have dragged my feet due to my kids schooling, putting it all together i would say 6-8 months is about right
best of luck
Ste n Julie
