Hi

Can't really help with the queue query, I seem to remember that there's just one queue for everyone unless you have an Australian passport - I could be wrong, it's been a while. You could always try emailing the airport they were really helpful when I emailed them once. Follow the link on Perth Airport

We're going to Perth too - we've only just got our visas and are frantically redecorating the house to sell, then we'll be there asap. Have you been before? Do you have plans of what you'll do when you get there etc? When are you off?

Good luck with everything

Jo

Big move

Hi Everybody,
Book to go out late August, we'll going north of the river near Hilarys, Steph(16) has just left school awaiting her results, Kieran(13) is booked in at a good school, if you email a school they may send you a cd rom of the school which we found helpful but we do have family over there, anyway it's great when you get your visa's put on your passport you know the hard works done.
Good look with the house sale

Hi, You just join the normal queue at the airport, if you have any of the things on the declaration form tick yes - all your luggage gets x-rayed.

Good luck with the move

Hi there! We too are heading out to Perth at the end of August (26th). We are heading to Connolly, have rented a house there. Looking to buy there or in Ocean Reef nearer the high school. We have Matt (16) awaiting GCSE results and Lucy (13). I really hope the kids settle into their new school easily, although they are both friendly enough, so hopefully wont be too hard to make friends. Which school are you looking at? Maybe we'll bump into you!
Good Luck and happy packing/clearing out!

Hi Jamoste

Yes we have been a couple of times and really fell in love with the place, lifestyle and people. Only thing missing is the rugby league (my daughter and i are rhinos fans, my hubby and son are yucky bulls fans)!! We looked at Ocean reef high school last year and are hoping that the kids get in there.

Hope your move goes smoothly. All the best.

RG
