Perth Meet

All you PIO perthites (and soon to be ones too),

I thought I would post some possible dates for a meet. Kings Park seems to be the best bet - I thought the Lottery West Family Area (UBD map ref: Map 1 C8) but open to any other suggestions. I know that we're not going to get everyone, but if it's successful we can hold another one.

I also thought Sunday would be a good day (as nothing is usually open) from 11am? We have cricket stuff and a soccer ball which we can bring to keep the lads and dads occupied!! There is a barbecue area too.

I've included Sunday September 30th as we have a public holdiay on the monday here in WA for the queens birthday (and people wouldn't have to get up for work the next morning.
Let me know your thoughts

I have voted for the last date...the Nov one.... being optimistic.....thinking the later the better...but...knowing our luck!!!

Hi Ali,

I too have chosen the November date as it will depend on the visa coming through and the house selling!! If we don't make the 1st meet then as I have said to you before we will definately be at the next meet as we are hoping to set up home close by to you in Leeming.

Hi guys hope the meet goes well, i wish i could put a date,so hopefully next year we can join you. When you have had the meet can we have some photo's so us people waiting to get to perth can have a look to keep us going.

We won't be far from Kings Park either, good spot.

We are new, don't know if we're doing this right????

We are at the waiting acknowledgement stage!!??!! Still don't know where we're heading, but at the moment we want to go to perth

My name is Kate (32) Jay (36) mechanic, Robyn (female, 15), Tom (13), Caitlin (7), Chloe (2)................. My friend has just landed in Brisbane (Hi Trace), but Jay thinks it will be too humid!?! But I think Perth property looks expensive!! Any comments??
