Working in Scarborough

Hi Guys
I am hoping you can give me some advice on places to live. Dave and I are going to be moving to Oz in July. We are very excited Dave will be working in the Scarborough area and I will be on the hunt for a job. As a graphic designer I think I will have to head into the City for work. Dave and I are both surfers we would love to be as close to a surf spot as possible but within easy commute to Scarborough and the City. Needless to say we would like to be in a nice area.

Have a look on www.realestate.com.au its a good site for looking at houses, and you can get suburb reports as well... it might give you an idea
