where in perth would you reconmend starting up north or south? looking for anything cheapish!!for rent

Hi Chippie, have a cousin in Woodvale about 20 mins north of Perth, pretty nice area, not sure about rental prices tho. Have you tried www.realestate.com.au, does give you a rough idea pricewise. Lol x

Hi Chippie - my husband and I are retiring to Perth next summer and have already built a house south of Perth (Rockingham/Waikiki area) and currently rent it out for $260 pw unfurnished (4x2). We prefer south, the scenery gets better the further south you go in WA :) and there is a new railway going in as far as Mandurah. We have friends who have gone north but to us it doesn't have a lot of soul....
