richselina Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 Hi, we're looking for some areas to live around Perth and would appreciate some guidance on good areas to live with the following criteria: Good primary schools, within 1 hour commute to CBD, family orientated area and 4 beds up to about $500k. Adjutant Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 The coastal strip between Rockingham to Mandurah has good housing avaialble for that price range. e.g. Safety Bay, Waikiki, Secret Harbour. Serviced by the train and freeway the commute will be up to an hour, but offer newer housing near the beach and are closer to the South West for weekends away in Margaret River etc. Use www.realestate.com.au to look at housing.
