Looking for the best suburb to buy with easy access to both perth city and freo... have thought of success, aubin grove, atwell, .hammond park but prices have seem to go up... can anyone advice about yangebup, beeliar, south lake? i have 1 child going to pre primary and sending her to a public school at the moment... just like everyone else i am in search of an area where you could feel safe even walking at night or very early morning... thanks much guys!!!
