Hairdressing sponsorship

Hi all- I have been accepted for western australia state sponsorship in feb 2010 but my agent has told me hairdressers have come off the western australia list.I am now priority 4 and when all applications in priorities 1-3 have been processed then they will process priority 4 witch might take years.
I am a senior stylist and have been hairdressing for 16 years.I have much experience in all aspects of hairdressing (wet and dry cuts,short and long hair foils,mixing and applying colours,perming ect)
I have done a 4 year apprenticeship in hairdressing nvq level 1,nvq level 2.
I am looking ideally for a sponsorship within a salon in perth but really do not know where to start - i am willing to email and send my cv to any amount of salons and do any work necessary to get my application out there.
CAN ANYONE HELP-any information would be very much appreciated.
