HI DAN ....AND WELCOME TO PIO ...WE HAVE JUST ENQUIRED ABOUT TAKING O/H RD400 OVER TO PERTH ...
COST TO SHIP ...£545 ....CRATED
GST TAX WHEN YOU GET IT OVER ...10% of bikes value
you require an import licence which you must apply for yourself and is required by shipper before they will ship it
other costs may be required by quarantine for cleaning etc
IT REALLY DEPENDS ON WHETHER BIKE IS OF SENTIMENTAL VALUE OR MODIFIED ...IF NOT ITS JUST AS CHEAP TO BUY / OR SECOND HAND OVER THERE ...HOWEVER RIDING GEAR IE LEATHERS GLOVES HELMETS ..ARE MORE EXPENSIVE ...IF YOU LOOK ON OZ EBAY YOU CAN GET A ROUGH IDEA OF WHAT BIKES COST

Just doing the import approval now, apply well in advance cos im still waiting for it and i fly out next week.
Mine is going out because its a one off special and would cost me thousands to re build over there. I am in the motorcycle trade and bikes are more expensive to buy there than the uk.
