Hi
I'm Deb, lived in the Newcastle, NSW, area for almost 10 years.

I moved over with my young sons when they were 9 and 7 and understand a lot of what I'm reading here .

It took us 8 years, an appeal and a Ministerial Intervention to be granted our permanent visa so I know all about the stresses and expenses that can be involved.

Its a long winded story, quite interesting in places (they expected me and the boys to leave the country by midnight on Christmas eve once )
I'll probably blog about it one day so everybody who wants to know can find out at once, in one typing session!
