Who would like a new Fish and chip restaraunt

Hi Folks,

I'm looking for some help and advice on were best to open or buy the best Fish and chip shop you ever saw, Mushy peas and a great line of homemade batters for seafood etc.

Looking to live somewhere close to a paragliding site within reach of the Ocean to live and work,

Get yourself to the Gold Coast and sharpish LOL!
Seriously, if you located yourself around the northern end of the Gold Coast - thinking Pacific Pines, Oxenford or Coomera regions you would be very close to the mountains where there are some great spots for paragliding plus plenty of pommies around who would seriously love a decent fish and chip shop!

well i know thiers a good fish and chip shop in buderim and i believe it does sussage in batter
