Hiya ,if he hasnt got the apprentiship certs the trade assesment may be a stumbling block ,Gary did nt have any but we applied before they made the rules stupid!!! The closing of pathway D has clsoed the door for a lot of people now.Have you had a chat with an agent? if you cant get
PR im sure you wold get sponsership for that trade easy enough ,just a few more ties involved.
Gary really struggled at first ,he ran a company in the Uk so doing what he was told (when half the time they were wrong) really wound him up,they definately work slower ,and adapying to that can be hard ,wages were also crap at first ,he prooved himself ,made himself in dispensible and now they are eating of his hands, lol, we say jump THEY say how high!!!lol
Gary was offered a job here by Bosch before we left the Uk ,but it meant travelling across the states and in the log run we were coming here to spend more time together! The mines are also very good money but would mean working away or all of us living in ,neither of which we fancied.
Shout if i can help with anything but id seriously have a chat with Visa Bureau ,Cheryl Bird or Go Matilda, all pretty good agents who will give you a free phone consultation and tell you the best visa for you,,good luck and keep me informed wont you?
If Paul wants to message Gary about the Job please feel free.
