which agencie to use?

Hi. It was £1800 for the whole family (2 adults and 2 kids aged 12 & 4 years) - that was just the Agents fees. There are also your medical fees on top of this (cost £800 for us all), Police checks (cost us £10 per adult - think its changed now), Your Visa application fee to Australian Immigration ( that was approx $1900 for everyone, but that might have gone up a bit now), we also paid approx $350 for the TRA application ( not sure if this is what you do now cause theyve changed the rules since we applied June 07.) Sorry if i sound a bit vague with the charges but im trying to remember them off the top of my head!.
Our Agents didnt sort out our bank account we did that ourselves via HiFix (once we got our visa they send us details of 'what to do next').
I believe that you cant sort out your medicare, tax numbers, SIM cards until you arrive in Australia, but not 100% sure. We are staying with 'CalnGary' (PiO) when we arrive and they help you to sort out the tax numbers, medicare, rental, car hire, SIM card etc.

PS. make sure that you have a least two years left on your passport. we made that mistake...before we could get the visa attached to Guy & Maddie's passports we had to renew them - £140 we wasnt expecting to pay out!
