We were the same Hubby wanted to put it on the market last year and go into rented but we talked him out of it now I wish we had and I aint ever going to live it down I,m sure he reminds me every day when I moan we haven't had anyone to view the house
So my advice get it on the market NOW you can always rent until you get your visa
