The Greenhalgh Clan is on a distinguished road
New to pio

Hi THere, we have been reading the forums for the past 9 months or so and had a lot of questions answered, We have spoke about moving to aus for a few years and we now feel the time is right, I am Lisa (37) self employed Hairdresser and have been hairdressing for about 17yrs, my hubby col (nearly37) is operations director, and we have 2 children Keelan he is 10 plays rugby league, and footy loves fishing etc Bronia she is 7 she is a very good gymnast and a cheerleader.
We are looking to moving Brisbane way, was hoping someone out there could help to find the right suburb for us, would like to be close to the beach,or( a short drive away). obviously good schools and be able to entertain our childrens hobbies.
Is it the same as Perth, that if you want to carry on hairdressing, you have to past tests?(really dont do tests)!!!!
We are at the early stages, hope it doesnt take foreva!!
What has the average time scale been of late?
Sorry lots of question, could go on

Thankful to anyone who can help
Lisa

Hi Lisa welcome to PIO, do like Geoffrey suggested and i'm sure you will get all the answers to your questions. I to am a hairdresser but we're hopefully going to Victoria on a state sponsorship i don't think i will have to do any tests once there, but again aren't 100%. Good luck with your application
Best wishes
Tania X
