hi everyone
just thought we should introduce ourselves we are a family of 5 my name is Tracy 35 and work in the nhs, my partner is Geoffrey 32 and is hgv driver he is also Australian (please dont hold that against us) our oldest son is jake 7, our daughter Jessica 2, and last but not least Joseph age1. we are thinking of moving to Melbourne as thats where Geoffrey comes from. we are heading down under in oct for 4 weeks to see if i like it enough to want to move. i just have a few questions and if anyone can help that would be fab! i cant see Jake's father signing a consent form allowing him to leave and feel he will fight it through the courts (not because he wants Jake to stay) has anyone been through the courts and whats the outcome? how long does it take and at what cost?
