Hi. found this site by accident whilst looking for information on moveing to australia.

I have looked at a few sites and well my head starts spinning.

I have been to oz years back and at the age of 29 would love to go back for more than just a holiday. I work in the security industry for large retail stores and dont believe that oz requires that sort of thing. Even though in brition you have to be licenced by law.

Anyone got any other ideas.

Would love to join my friends in perth australia

Well it's probably worth applying for a working holiday visa (valid for 12-24 months) and then you can decide if you want to live permanently. It's great here but it's hard to make the permanent move.

I agree it is a great place. was in perth for a month and visited so many places and well felt more like home than it do where i am at the moment.

So working holiday visa might be the way forward then.

Will have a look into it. Fingers crossed i get out there this year and well i know i wouldnt want to come back.

Hi there.
Working Holiday Visa would be the one for you I think. And once you're there and get a job, your employer may want to sponsor you for a temporary or permanent visa. Or maybe if you wanted to, you could enrol on a college course and go out on a student visa. Same would apply after the course finishes though. Although a lot of colleges help students find work and apply for a permanent visa too.

Well what can i say i just been online and completed the work visa form and its come back saying good news.

So all i got to do is wait for them to ring me in the next 48hrs and take it from there. Fingers crossed will be going out there by october if not before.

Hmm some help needed for a friend now. Well i have got a working holiday visa on its way. And a friend of mine allso would liek to come out just after i arrive there. He is lookinf for any sites that would be willing to sponsor him to go and work there.

Told him i would ask you guys for any help and advice that you could give him..
