Is it just me or is the immi.gov.au website the most badly designed, user unfriendly website anyone else has ever used...? Considering they charge quite a lot to get a visa (175) the level of service is also appalling - i.e have not heard anything for a few months. Maybe it's a conspiracy to make people use agents. If it wasn't for the fact that we really want to go over there I'd have given up a while ago...

Just wondered if anyone else had the same experience.

Hi, Went to the Leeds Expo last weekend and even the aussies complained that is wasn't an easy site to navigate around...........

I beg to differ.

I got used to their old one, knew my way around it etc and eventually it became like a pair of old shoes - scruffy but comfortable and reliable.

I hated the new one to start with. Now that I've got used to it and know my way round it, though, there is no way I'd switch back to the old one. The new shoes are MILES better in my view.
